The flowers looked really fresh when they arrived and lasted way longer than I thought they would. I’m guessing they must’ve been picked recently, because they still looked nice almost the whole week.

The updates were just okay, but the communication could’ve been better. I kept feeling like there was more going on than what they were actually telling me, which made me a bit suspicious.

My flowers showed up late, which was frustrating because I had ordered them for a little family thing we were doing that weekend. I ended up contacting customer service, and they refunded me and sent out a replacement really quickly. I was surprised by how simple the whole thing was to get fixed, especially since I was expecting it to be a bigger hassle
